Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin

2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tangy Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Stir salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and cinnamon and coat pork with spice rub

  3. Heat oil in ovenproof heavy skillet

  4. Brown pork, turning about 4 minutes total

  5. Stir together brown sugar, garlic and Franks Red Hot and pour over tenderloins

  6. Roast in middle oven until internal temp exceeds 140 (about 20-25 minutes)

  7. Allow pork to stand about 10 minutes at room temp before serving
