1.5 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1.5 serving Vinegar
1 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce - Imported, Organic
1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 medium raw Carrots
0.75 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Tangy Bean Salad

  1. Whisk together vinegar, tamari, mustard, and water in a medium bowl. Add beans, green onions, carrots and parsley, toss to combine and set aside at room temperature to let marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  2. Suggested: serve on pita for a light lunch.
