Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Balsamic Chicken Thighs

2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1 c onions, chopped
4 tbs minced garlic
1 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless

Recipe Directions for Tangy Balsamic Chicken Thighs

  1. Mix first four ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  2. Heat lg non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray; add onions and saut'e 4 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Remove onion mixture from pan.

  3. Recoat pan with cooking spray; add chicken and brown well on all sides. Add onion mixture, and drizzle evenly with balsamic mixture. cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is done.

  4. Serve with brown rice and/or steamed veggies.
