Recipe Ingredients for Tangy Baked Pork Chops

2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 Teaspoon Juice
0.5 large Onions
1 tsp Sodium-Free Salt
12 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 serving Habanero Sauce
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tsp Chili Powder
12 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
16 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
4 tbsp Vinegar red wine
27 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Bone-in

Recipe Directions for Tangy Baked Pork Chops

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chops in a 2-quart saucepan.

  2. Bring to boil, then reduce to med-low and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Season chops with salt & pepper, then brown in large skillet with a slight coating of canola oil.

  4. Place chops in single layer in large baking dish, pour sauce over top, then bake at 350 degrees F for 75 minutes.
