Recipe Ingredients for Tandykakes

13 3/5 oz Special Dark Chocolate Bar
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
16 oz All Purpose Unbleached Enriched Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Butter
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
4 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
12 oz Natural

Recipe Directions for Tandykakes

  1. preheat over to 350'

  2. mix sugar flour baking powder salt and melted butter together

  3. set aside

  4. beat eggs milk and vanilla together

  5. add liquid to dry ingredients

  6. beat well

  7. batter will be thin

  8. pour into cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray

  9. bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

  10. spoon peanut butter on hot cake

  11. do not spread until peanut butter softens

  12. let cake cool

  13. refrigerate until peanut butter firms

  14. when firm

  15. melt chocolate and spread on top peanut butter

  16. chill for at least one hour before cutting
