This is a low fat version from the original recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Tandori Chicken (from Cooks Country test kitchen)

2 tbsp Canola Oil
6 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garam masala
4 tbsp lime juice
1 cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt
3 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Tandori Chicken (from Cooks Country test kitchen)

Cook all spices in the oil until garlic is cooked. Divide in half and place one half of the mixture in a large bowl with the chicken (that has been cut into 12 pieces total) and 2 TBSP lime and rub to coat. Place other half in another bowl with remaining lime juice and yogurt. Let the chicken sit for about 30 minutes then mix with the yogurt mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven in single layer on rack until done. Right before serving, place under broiler to brown.
