Recipe Ingredients for Tandoori Tofu

1 tsp olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 tablespoon lime juice
2 oz Greek Yogurt
1 block firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Tandoori Tofu

  1. Slice tofu into triangles. Cook on large, nonstick skillet on low-medium heat without any oil until golden and firm.

  2. Toast spices over medium heat. Off heat, add oil, lime juice and yogurt.

  3. Marinade tofu squares at least two hours, or overnight.
