Recipe Ingredients for tandoori pork salad

3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1/2 cup Arugula
1 cup, chopped Watercress
0.5 cups Romaine Lettuce
3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
3 oz Fuji Apples
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Plums
2 oz Nonfat
1 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 Serving Tomatoes
0.5 oz Mexican, Queso Anejo Cheese

Recipe Directions for tandoori pork salad

  1. slice apple & onion thin (1/8"), halve plums, coat these & chops with olive oil spray. season pork w/tandoori. grill.

  2. mix yogurt & garlic w/ginger, curry, lime juice, dill, dry cilantro to taste; drizzle 2t on plates.

  3. mix greens and plate; top with fileted pork, julienned plums (leave skin on), apples & onions cut coarse; cherry tomatoes & a few cheese crumbles.

  4. top with 1t dollop of yogurt mix and a sprig of mint. serve.
