1 cup cheese, goats
1 cup cous cous
1 cup onion
1/2 cup sultanas
1/2 cup sauce, tandoori

Recipe Directions for Tandoori Haloumi

  1. Let the cubed cheese soak in the marinade for 20 minutes.

  2. Soak the cous cous in boiling water.

  3. Fry the other ingredients and then mix with the cous cous.

  4. Gril lthe cheese skewers and serve.
