I serve with under my tandoori chicken, roasting the vegetables on 400 for five minutes and then adding the chicken and lowering the heat, cooking until the chickens juices run clear.

Recipe Ingredients for tandoori grill mix

1/2 spanish onion
1 cup broccoli
1 zucchini
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for tandoori grill mix

either mix the vegetables with the salt pepper and oil, or add 1 tbsp of tandoori marinade and then roast.
