Recipe Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken And Veggies

6 c chicken
1 med eggplant
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 head cauliflower
9 oz plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Tandoori Chicken And Veggies

Make a marinade of yogurt, garlic, lime and spices. Cut raw chicken in to 2 in cubes. Cut vaggies close to same size. Toss chicken and vaggies with sauce and bake untill chicken is cooked through.
