Chicken marinaded in curd etc n cooked in kadai or tandoor

Recipe Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken

1000 grams chicken
1 cup curd
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Tandoori Chicken

  1. Grind chilli (cayenne pepper) , ginger and garlic in the mixer. Mix with chicken pieces, curd, salt and lemon juice, chili powder and marinde for 6 hours. Add food colour if needed.

  2. Grill or broil
