Delicious Tandoori chicken served with Basmati Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Tandoori Chicken

2 chicken breast, skin removed
2 tsp tandoori paste
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
2 tsp lemon juice
120 g basmati rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Tandoori Chicken

  1. Make 3 diagonal slice across the surface of the chikcen breast, put aside.

  2. Mix together the tandoori paste, yoghurt and lemon juice and spred this over the chicken. Cover and leave in the fridge, for up to 4 hours if possible

  3. Cook under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle

  4. Serve with boiled basmati rice
