6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon cardamom
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
