500 grams Kidney beans,

Recipe Directions for Tams 'refried' beans

  1. Soak dried beans in water until soft (a day or so.)

  2. Cook beans in a slow cooker with enough water to cover them until very soft.

  3. Blend with a stabmixer or food processor

  4. Season with Paprika, Cayenne Pepper. garlic or whatever you like.

  5. Place in an over proof dish and cook in a moderate oven.
