Recipe Ingredients for Tams Pasta Veggie Sauce

4 oz angel hair pasta
1 medium raw onion
1 1/2 raw green pepper
1 1/2 raw red pepper
1 tbsp raw chopped garlic
2 cups canned stewed tomatoes
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
8 black olives

Recipe Directions for Tams Pasta Veggie Sauce

  1. Wash all veggies. Use fresh veggies when possible. Cut veggies into desired pieces (sliced, diced or chopped) but keep size consistant. In a large frying/ saute pan heat the olive oil and garlic just until hot. Lower heat to medium and add all veggies except tomatoes and parm cheese. Saute for about 5 minutes. While veggies are simmering, cook pasta (any pasta you prefer) rinse and set aside. Now add stewed tomatoes (only half can of the juice) to veggy sauce and turn up heat to just about boiling. Turn off heat, add pasta and parm, stir well and serve.

  2. * delicious with all kinds of veggies, good for making hot or cold variations.
