1 cup Soup, Tomato
1 serving Fat Free Refried Beans
4 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 serving Brown Rice

Most of this was precooked and now I need to get rid of the leftovers so, I am going to take the pre-cooked meat, sapnish rice, and beans and put them all in a pan with a can of tomato soup and if the consistency is too runny add brown rice to thicken. This recipe may be less calories than what is listed, due to the lack of the whole package.
