Enough taste bubble and squeak for a few breakfasts

Recipe Ingredients for Tams bubble and squeak

100 grams Carrots
2 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
4 strips Veggie Breakfast Bacon Strips
100 grams Broccoli
2 large Egg, Whole
50 grams Skim Milk Fat Free
1 oz Chilli
50 grams Cheddar Cheese
100 grams Spinach

Recipe Directions for Tams bubble and squeak

  1. Steam chopped potato.

  2. Mash with skim milk

  3. Add egg, grated carrot and brocolli stalks, spinach and chilli to taste.

  4. Season if you like.

  5. Dry fry until firm on the base then flip

  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top, cover and cook on low until done.

  7. Nice with Chutney.
