This recipe (thus cals) is for one burrito hence the odd quantities. I usually make up a bunch of beans and keep it in the fridge as below.

Recipe Ingredients for Tams Bean Burrito

120 grams, Kidney beans,
1 clove Garlic
5 grams Chilli
50 grams 99.8% Fat Free Natural Yogurt
26 grams Hot Chilli Sauce
1 cups Baby Spinach
3/10 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pita Gourmet Flat Bread

Recipe Directions for Tams Bean Burrito

  1. Take a tin of baked beans and a tin of refried beans. Combine with garlic, taco seasoning and chilli flakes to taste.

  2. Stir and heat on low.

  3. Add a spoon of natural yoghurt, chilli sauce to taste, baby spinach and grated cheese onto a tortilla.

  4. Add hot beans and toast in a sandwich press.

  5. Wait for bean mic to cool, then pop in a sealed container in the fridge. Will be great reheated for a few days.
