Recipe Ingredients for Tammy's Meat Loaf

1 lb lean ground beef
2/3 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten

Recipe Directions for Tammy's Meat Loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together gently. Form into a loaf and place into a baking dish or loaf pan. Top with more ketsup if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 4.

  2. Placing bread or uncooked biscuits in the bottom of the pan helps with the fat not rising to the top.
