Recipe Ingredients for Tamji's Meat Loaf

161 g ground veal
161 g ground pork
161 g ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs basil
2 tbs oregano
1 large egg
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
2 tbs ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Tamji's Meat Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Lightly pack into non-stick loaf pan sprayed with Pam.

  4. Bake til meat loaf tests done, approx 60mins.
