Serve in a pita or with rice. Low fat yogurt mixed with cucumber, garlic and dill makes an awesome tzatsiki sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Tamji's Greek Meatballs

1 slice whole wheat bread
250 g lean ground beef
250 g ground pork
1/2 medium onion, minced or grated
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Tamji's Greek Meatballs

  1. Mix all above ingredients into large bowl by hand.

  2. Shape into 24 1" balls, place on non-stick baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 375-400F for 30mins, or til done.
