Recipe Ingredients for Tamarind Vinaigrette

1/4 cup tamarind pulp
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Tamarind Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, combine the tamarind pulp, vinegar, and honey. Gradually whisk in the oil until incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste. cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
