3 ounces salmon
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Tamari Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

  2. Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Put the salmon filet on the sheet, skin side down

  4. Gently press and spred the garlic on the salmon

  5. Then sprinkle with the soy sauce

  6. Bake the salmon until done, about 8 minutes or so until the middle is done
