Recipe Ingredients for Tamales

20 oz Ground Beef
15 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
113 1/10 grams Poblano Pepper
6 ounces Ground Pork
1.5 cup Tortilla Mix Masa Harina de Maiz
2 oz Chili Powder
0.176 oz Cumin Powder

Recipe Directions for Tamales

mix everything except masa. Roll tamales into cigars and into masa. Roll into tamale papers. Put over steaming water until done
