Recipe Ingredients for Tamale Pie

1 serving Large Pitted Ripe Olives
16 tbsp Yellow Corn Meal
1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded

Recipe Directions for Tamale Pie

Brown and season hamburger with garlic, salt and 1/2 tsp. chili pwd. Whisk eggs in a bowl with the milk and add to hamburger. Add all other ingredients and put in 9X13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min, stiring every 15 min. Top with shredded cheese and let melt. Can serve with sour cream on top.
