Recipe Ingredients for Tamale Pie

1/2 cup Olives, sliced
2 cups Frozen Corn, thawed
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 cup Green Peppers, Chopped
2 cups Yellow Corn Meal
4 cups Stewed Tomatoes, slightly blended

Recipe Directions for Tamale Pie

  1. Cook cornmeal in blended tomatoes for about 10 minutes.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

  3. Put into a Pam-sprayed casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.

  4. Remove cover and continue to bake another 15 minutes.
