Recipe Ingredients for Tamale Pie

1 oz honey
2 oz non-fat dry milk
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 oz Chopped Black Olives
4 oz Diced Green Chiles
4 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 cup Cornmeal
1 oz Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Tamale Pie

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375, cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 15 more minutes.
