Japanese sweet egg omelet. :) I like it for any meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Tamagoyaki

2 eggs
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tamagoyaki

  1. Heat a small frying pan to medium or medium-high temperature.

  2. Grease the pan with butter.

  3. Beat the eggs, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.

  4. Pour just enough of the egg mixture in the pan to coat the bottom.

  5. Roll the egg up towards you and let it rest on the side of the pan towards you.

  6. Grease the pan again, then pour another small portion of egg onto the pan and then roll the first bit of egg away from you so the first egg is rolled up in the second layer.

  7. Move the egg back to the side of the pan towards you.

  8. Repeat until you have cooked all the egg.

  9. Serve in slices or whole on top of rice.
