Japanese omlette. Really delicious, add a tsp of mirin for some kick!

Recipe Ingredients for Tamago

2 large Egg, Whole
0.67 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Tamago

Slowly whisk eggs in bowl, mix in sugar and soy. Cook in oiled square omlette pan until solid on bottom. Fold into thirds onto itself and let cook a little bit longer. Serve. Itadakimasu!
