Recipe Ingredients for TAM Veggie Protein Soup

1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup celery stalk
2 oz chicken breast, skinless, boneless cubed
2 cups chicken broth, low sodium
1/2 cup Broccoli, spears chopped
2 T parsley, chopped
1 fresh pepper

Recipe Directions for TAM Veggie Protein Soup

  1. Simmer the carrots, celery, and chicken in the stock gently for 20 minutes, then add the chopped broccoli and cookfor an additional 10 minutes. Add the parsley, season with black pepper and serve.
