1 cup parsnips
1 pinch of salt

  1. Peel and large dice carrots and parsnips. Boil vegetables in water or stock until tender. About 10-15 minutes. Remove and vegetables and reserve 1 cup liquid. Puree vegetables in food processor with 1/2 -1 cup liquid.
