Recipe Ingredients for Talipia with Italian Crust

2 c. fine dry bread crumb
3 T. grated Parmesan Cheese
1 T. italian seasoning
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. black pepper
1 lb. Tilapia fillets
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
3 T. mayonaise

Recipe Directions for Talipia with Italian Crust

  1. Preheat oven 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

  2. In a small shallow bowl, stir together mayonaise and lemon juice.

  3. In another shallow bowl, stir together the bread crumbs, cheese, italian seasoning and pepper. Set aside.

  4. Coat the rack of a broiling pan with cooking spray. Place talipia on the rack. Brush talipia with the mayonaise mixture then sponn the crumb mixture evenly on top.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish fakes easily when tested with a fork and is opaque all the way through.
