Recipe Ingredients for Talapia with Lime and Cilantro

1 fillet Whitefish, Mixed Species
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 c. Cilantro
4 tbsp Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Talapia with Lime and Cilantro

  1. Sautee the talapia on medium-high heat with a tablespoon of butter

  2. Once fish is cooked, take out of pan and set aside

  3. In the same pan, add 1/2 c. cilantro and 4 T lime juice

  4. Heat until simmering

  5. Cover the fish fillet with cilantro/lime dressing and serve
