Taiwanese beef soup, add noodles and suan cai

Recipe Ingredients for Taiwanese Beef Soup

4 1/2 pounds Beef, Flank
2 oz ginger
2 oz sugar
8 oz light soy sauce
3 tbl rice wine
6 cups water
8 cloves garlic
3 green onions

Recipe Directions for Taiwanese Beef Soup

  1. Boil beef 5 minutes, rinse in cold water, cut into small pieces

  2. Cook on high with sugar

  3. Add soy sauce, ginger, onions, rice wine, add water

  4. cook 1 hour

  5. add garlic

  6. When serving dilute 50% water
