Recipe Ingredients for Tai Stir Fry

1/2 bell pepper
1/2 small onion
1/4 zucchini
1 small carrot
2 celery stalks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Tai Stir Fry

  1. chop vegetables in attractive pieces

  2. stir fry in olive oil in hot pan, longest cooking first (celery, carrot, onion) for 1 or 2 minutes, add 2 tbsp water to carmelize, add remaining veggies, peppers, (red, yellow or green) add 1 or 2 tbsp of yakisoba sauce or Schezwan (25 more calories)

  3. cover and take off heat.
