Recipe Ingredients for Tai Chx Soup - CANDIDA

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
1/4 cup Lemon Grass (Citronella)
2/5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, chopped Kale
4 cups coconut milk
800 grams Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
8 tsp Dill Weed
1 oz Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Tai Chx Soup - CANDIDA

  1. In 2 quart stock pot,saute onions and lemon grass in oil. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.

  2. Place whole thighs, kale, zucchini, and lemon grass inside pot and add 4 cups of water and the coconut milk. Bring to a boil, and simmer 30 minutes, until chicken emits translucent juices.

  3. Remove thighs, shred; return to dish. Serve with lemon juice and dill weed individually.
