Recipe Ingredients for Tahitian Chicken

600 ounces chicken breast
192 fluid ounces orange juice concentrate
1 cup soy sauce
192 ounces pineapple chunk
8 cups pineapple juice
6 tbsp ginger
1 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tahitian Chicken

Saute chicken in olive oil until lightly browned. Mix juices, fruit, and spices in large pot and boil. Pour sauce over chicken breasts, reserving some for basting. Bake in oven 350 degrees 35-45 minutes, baste every 15 minutes.
