Recipe Ingredients for Tahiti Spare Ribs

2 lbs pork ribs
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tahiti Spare Ribs

  1. Bake ribs, vinegar and water covered for 1 hour at 325. Drain liquid into container and save.

  2. Combine cornstarch and water. Add liquid saved plus all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil to thicken. Pour over ribs in a shallow pan.

  3. Bake a 325 for 30 minutes or until brown.
