Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Sauce

2 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
0.66 cup water
1/2 cup tahini

Recipe Directions for Tahini Sauce

  1. Whiz garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the water and tahini.

  3. Run until smooth, scraping the sides down once or twice.
