Tahini Sauce Recipe

This is the recipe for a small batch of tahini sauce. It is good on salad, tortillas, pitas, sandwiches and falafel. It makes an excellent spread. I found a version of it posted by Noor on Allrecipes.com, but the version I posted here is a reduced sodium, reduced fat version.

Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Sauce

2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp lime juice (or lemon)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Tahini Sauce

Mix all of the ingredients together. Salt to taste and serve. You should microwave it for less than 30 seconds to warm it for falafel. Refrigerate for sandwich spread.
