Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Oatmeal Cookies

6 tablespoons tahini
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and/or walnuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons yogurt, honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 t olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tahini Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil.

  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

  3. Shape into mounds by tablespoons or pat into lightly greased pie tin.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
