Salad dressing which I put on top of a raw sushi bowl filled with rice, seaweed, and fresh veggies. Makes 24 tablespoons.

Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Miso Dressing

1/4 small onion
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp. shoyu
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch paprika
1 tsp dried basil (leaves)
1 pinch dried oregano
3/4 cup water
1 lemon+yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Tahini Miso Dressing

  1. Combine the onion with 2 tablespoons water in a small skillet, and saute over medium-high heat until softened, about 4 minutes. Add more water if the onion begins to stick or brown.

  2. Scrape the onion into a blender and add 3/4 cup water and the remaining ingredients. Blend for a minute or until creamy.
