Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Lemon Sauce

1 1/2 cups tahini
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt, skim
1 clove crused garlic
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup scallions, minced
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp tamari (soy sauce)

Recipe Directions for Tahini Lemon Sauce

  1. Beat all ingredients well together using a whisk (the more you whip, the thicker it becomes, an electric mixer works well).

  2. Serve at room temp with hot felafel, or chilled on a salad.
