Excellent for falafel, salad dressing, or over vegetables. A little goes a long way.

Recipe Ingredients for Tahini-Lemon sauce

1 1/2 cups tahini
1 1/2 cups yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup scallions, finely minced
1/4 cup parsley, finely minced
1 dash cayenne
1 dash paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Tahini-Lemon sauce

Mix all ingredients. Serve at room temperature over falafel; chill for use as salad dressing; warm to put over grilled or steamed vegetables.
