1 tbsp per serving. Goes with falafel and cooked kale.

Recipe Ingredients for Tahini dressing

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup water, cold

Recipe Directions for Tahini dressing

  1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add garlic when hot and saute lightly until flavor is released, about 1 minute.

  2. Add all ingredients in food processor except parley and process to combine.

  3. Add parsley and pulse until just chopped.

  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
