Recipe Ingredients for Tahini Cookie

8 cups oats
3 cups sunflower seeds, roasted and salted
2 tsp salt
3 cups raw honey
2 cups tahini
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Tahini Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, sunflower seeds and salt. Mix together wet ingredients and add to dry.

  2. Drop cookies in tablespoon sized balls on greased pan or silpat.

  3. Bake 10 minutes or until browned around the edges.

  4. Keep in airtight container.
