My attempt at healty cookies. I use oat flour, but it was not listed.

Recipe Ingredients for Tahini chocolate chip cookies

2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tahini
4 tbsp butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup egg beaters
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe Directions for Tahini chocolate chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookies sheets with parachment paper.

  2. Mix together: oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, choclate chips and nuts.

  3. Beat tahini and butter together until blennded. Add sugars and beat until well combined. Add in egg beaters and vanilla until combined. Stir in oat mixture.

  4. Drop dough by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until goldn brown at the edges. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
