Recipe Ingredients for tagliatelle with pesto and pine nuts

2 tbsp pine nuts
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb tomatoes
14 oz. whole wheat linguine
1/2 cup pesto

Recipe Directions for tagliatelle with pesto and pine nuts

  1. Toast pine nuts.

  2. Saute onion in oil 5 min. Stir in tomatoes and pine nuts and cook over high heat - 5 min.

  3. Cook pasta.

  4. Drain pasta and add to pan. Add pesto, toss gently and serve hot.
