Recipe Ingredients for Tagliatelle con Castagne e Porcini

4 oz chestnut (oz)
100 g mushrooms
1 scallion
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz Food You Feel Good About Thin Spaghetti
1 oz 97% Fat Free Ham
10 g Pecorino Romano Grating Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tagliatelle con Castagne e Porcini

  1. Boil the chestnuts and free them from the shell. Chop them. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat place the chopped scallion to golden brown, add the chestnut and mushrooms. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Add 50 g of 97% fat free ham in small pieces and cook an additional 2 minutes. While you make the condiment cook the pappardelle al dente, drain and toss them with the condiment. Serve with a sprinkle of pecorino.

  2. PS If the condiment during prep gets to dry, add one or two tbsp of water from the pot of pasta.
